"Adventure, Learning, Challenge, Responsibility"
The boy Troop 68 and girl Troop 68 of Beavercreek, Ohio are high-activity, high-variety, youth-led troops enjoying 1-3 outdoor events every month and multiple High Adventure trips each year .... plus weekly Troop meetings. The troops have 45-60 boys and 8-20 girls. We lightweight backpack and glamp (with a very impressive trailer of gear); we go hard on treks and do-nothing on relaxing camps. We're especially proud of our many Eagles who remain active in the Troop. We've been chartered by the Beavercreek Church of the Brethren since 1958. We strongly believe in the Patrol Method for all activities; all events and meetings are adult-youth planned and then Scout lead and executed. Our Scout Hut, behind the church, is located directly across from Beavercreek High School (Click here for directions). Please join us at our Troop Meetings, Monday evenings from 7:00 - 8:30.
For more information about Troop 68, feel free to contact Scoutmaster Richard Drye or Scoutmaster Ami Lewis.
